With farming in the Cline family’s blood for 68 years, the NHV site has been in Cline stewardship for 44 years.
Our love for the land and our environment translated a past orchard life of plums, apricots and apples into a happy, healthy vineyard – your palate will approve of our attention to detail in the growing of wine grapes on this sunny, volcanic site.
Wonderful wines are born of wonderful grapes.
WINEMAKERS
NHV winemaker Mark Wysling thinks wines should be friendly and we completely agree! You will enjoy the evidence of his passion for wine in his style – rewardingly rich and flavorful without being overpowering. Mark lets the grapes speak for themselves - wonderful paired with your favorite food or tasty as a sophisticated beverage.
NHV Winemaker Jean Claude Beck, a native of Alsace, France has put his touch on our 2007 white wines. Jean Claude Beck believes in showcasing the complexity and terroir of each wine; drink it, and it should tell you an interesting story. “Pas de vins ennuyeux” (”No boring wines”) is his motto.
